No Bake Nutella Cheesecake by Nigella Lawson
I admit it, I'm a Nutella addict! When I came across this recipe for a No Bake Nutella Cheesecake I knew I had to try it for my next party! 

If you're familiar with Nigella, you know she's known for her voluptuous figure and decadent cooking style. If you know and love Nutella, you must write to Nigella and thank her for this recipe! I have replaced some verbiage for our English language.

Nigella says  ~

“I don’t know if I should apologise for this or boast about it. Either way, I feel you will thank me for it. The thing is, it’s embarrassingly easy to make and is just the sort of count-no-calories indulgence that the season demands. Don’t be tempted to let the cheesecake come to room temperature before serving. It slices and tastes better with a bit of fridge-chill on it.”

Nigella Lawson's No Bake

Nutella Cheesecake

10 oz. Graham crackers

5 Tbs. soft unsalted butter

1 - 13 oz. jar of Nutella at room temperature

3/4 Cup chopped toasted hazelnuts

1 lb. cream cheese at room temperature

1/2 Cups confectioners sugar


Break the graham crackers in the bowl of a processor, add the butter and 1 Tbs. of Nutella. Blend until it starts to clump. Add 3 Tbs. of Hazelnuts and continue to pulse until you have a damp, sandy mixture.

Spoon into a 9 inch springform pan and press into the base with your hands. Place in the fridge to chill.

Beat the cream cheese and confectioner's sugar until smooth and then add the remaining Nutella to the mixture and continue to beat until combined.

Take the springform pan from the fridge and carefully smooth the Nutella over the base. Scatter the remaining hazelnuts on top and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Serve straight from the fridge for the best result.
